  After reading previous reviews i called Poppy's and asked if i ordered flowers to be delivered today would they actually be delivered today. I explained i had read the reviews and before i ordered and paid for the flowers i needed to know if they would be delivered today. The gentleman that answered the phone then relayed the message to the lady in the background. I heard the lady in the background reply "If she doesn't like the reviews, tell her to go somewhere else". Whilst i could tell the gentleman i was talking too was extremely embarrassed, i couldn't believe the rudeness of the lady. Obviously i didn't buy my flowers from here, and i can't believe this shop is still in business. My advice to future shoppers is, don't waste your time and effort. This lady obviously doesn't care or need the business.

  DREADFUL!!!!!!
  I obviously hadn’t read the reviews before ordering flowers from here. HUGE mistake.
  Flowers were not delivered on time. When it did arrive, after my husband rang several times to chase them up, it was just awful.
  There was no theme or style to it. But rather a mismatched assortment of flowers.
  I was thinking that I was doing the right thing in ordering from a local vendor - supporting small business in a regional city during Covid. The woman I spoke with was lovely over the phone - but the loveliness didn’t stretch far enough to delivering a quality product on time.
  Don’t make the same mistake as I did.

  Do not order from here. The flowers you get will be absolutely nothing like the pictures. Not even remotely.

  Got excited to try the new 4 pack prosecco. I took them camping to Lake Lyell only to find out couple of days in that their best before date expired 2 months ago. Very disappointing.

  This cottage reflects the romance of yesteryear with a sympathetic restoration plus updated kitchen and bathroom.
  It's high wooden and pressed metal ceilings have been well-preserved and it is a well-furnished, comfortable double brick cottage with gas heating and cooking, warm in winter and cool in summer.
  Suitable for business people wishing to be close to the CBD or families wanting a house close to the playing fields or bush walkers wanting mountain walks within 20 minutes walking distance.
