- Marc Stopins Added February 11, 2024★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Appointment service is very poor. I booked two days in advance for a 11:30am appointment and waited an hour and still haven’t been seen. Appointment system needs to be investigated and same for the practice. They definitely don’t know how to run a medical clinic. I advise to stay clear of this clinic unless you want to wait a very long time. Very disappointed
- MIZWRX Added January 30, 2024★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆worst doctors I have ever been to, on year worth of booking and they are always an hour late. had two occasions where doctors or nurses couldn't be bothered finishing the appointment properly trying to get us to reschedule. We waited an hour today to get told half way through other people were more important and to reschedule yet again only for them to blame wait times on being the only bulk billed. being the only bulk billed doctors doesn't excuse poor behavior towards patients.

It is nevertheless an absolute nonsense when one has a booking, but still has to wait for an hour and even longer to get to see the GP. Why make an appointment to begin with I ask?
Last time I saw Dr. Mary Ann Munoz, and was shocked by her rudeness and lack of kindness.
I have not come across a GP like her, which has been so uncaring and with a downright rude demeanour, for a very long time.
Appaling!
